Mr. Fisher “Jim” Kinslow focuses on healthcare-related transactions and regulatory compliance. Mr. Kinslow’s regulatory expertise is broad and deep, and involves regulations relating to the practice of medicine, telemedicine,healthcare privacy, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and related subject matter. He works closely with healthcare organizations to develop compliant business structures, policies, and documentation that address regulatory obligations and operational needs. He excels at helping healthcare organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements with dexterity while at the same time advancing their strategic and operational goals.
Mr. Kinslow also advises healthcare clients on intellectual property matters, including licensing agreements, as well asclinical trial and risk management issues.
Mr. Kinslow has represented companies in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, medical device, and other related industries, as well as physicians and nurse practitioners.
Mr. Kinslow has also served as a corporate secretary and advisor to boards of directors in the healthcare industry, lending his expertise and experience to strategy, governance issues, and business operations.
Mr. Kinslow’s often practices across sovereign borders, including as to territories in Europe and Asia.
